Recently our Landlords at the hospital have been doing some construction on the building next door to reinforce and earthquake proof it.
This has required them to extend our shared drive way, build a safe container walk way for pedestrians, remove some parks and install a beautiful, wonderful, much appreciated corner mirror.
Thankfully we have managed to keep two parks that we can dedicate for parents doing drop offs, pick ups and visits. And at particularly busy times we still have the top of the drive way available for quick drop offs and pickups.
The children also had a great time watching the construction, excitedly seeing the digger “picking up heavy stuff” – 4 Yr old.
